LTO8200
The Tandberg 8200 autoloader stores up to 3.2TB* of compressed
data and delivers backup speeds of up to 245GB/hr. It's designed
to meet the most demanding backup requirements. The LTO8200
incorporates an 8-cartridge carousel robotic and is backward
compatible with LTO Ultrium 1.
The LTO8200 delivers advanced features such as 13-Speed Transfer™
that ensures tape streamimg and eliminates shoe-shining by
automatically matching the host's transfer speed to one of
thirteen tape speeds featured in the LTO8200. Improved reliability
is ensured with SmartVerify™, which concurrently verifies
all data written to the tape, virtually eliminating the need
for traditional verify pass during backup operations. This
high performance autoloader also features Dymanic Powerdown™
to protect your drive and cartridge during power loss. MediaShield™
extends media life by providing advanced cooling and ceramic
fixed tape guides and an optional barcode reader and rackmountkit
are available for optimum flexibility. |
